Scott Mitic | Chief Executive Officer
Scott Mitic is an accomplished entrepreneur and national expert on identity theft and consumer credit issues. As CEO of TrustedID, Scott leads the creation of innovative new solutions that effectively eliminate the most dangerous and costly forms of identity theft. Previously, Scott was Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Fair Isaac's consumer division, myFICO, where, during his tenure, he helped millions of consumers access and manage their FICO score, the gold-standard indicator of consumer credit worthiness. Previously, Scott co-founded a venture-backed online learning company and held management positions with The British Foreign Office in Hong Kong and Arthur Andersen. Scott holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Political Science from McGill University.

Lyn Chitow Oakes | Chief Marketing Officer
Lyn Chitow Oakes serves as TrustedID's Chief Marketing Officer where she is responsible for corporate communications, corporate and product marketing, and market research. With more than 25 years of marketing and general management experience, Oakes previously served as head of marketing, product marketing and customer service for Jingle Networks where she grew the 1-800-FREE411 brand from several hundred thousand to over 200 million callers per month. Oakes also served as CMO of eHealthinsurance where she played an important role in increasing brand awareness and establishing the company as the market leader through corporate communications, marketing, research and policy initiatives.

Oakes previously served as President and CEO of Respond Networks, a service that helps local businesses connect with purchase-ready buyers. Oakes was President of leading online marketer and interactive media company Engage Media - a $100 million dollar division of Engage Technology--where she was responsible for the integration of three existing properties acquired by CMGI and Engage including Flycast Communications where Oakes served as Chief Operating Officer, which was acquired by CMGI in 2000 for $2.3 billion. Previously to this, Oakes held a variety of positions with America Online. Over seven years with the company, Oakes was responsible for growth in Internet and Community services, Corporate Development, Product Management and Marketing Communications.

Ramon Icasiano | Vice-President Customer Service
Ramon Icasiano serves as TrustedID's Vice-President Customer Service and is responsible for the management of customer needs. Throughout his 15+ years in customer service and support operations roles, Icasiano has had a consistent focus on the customer experience within industries that require sensitivity to customer information. Most recently, he served as director of customer service at TiVo where he was responsible for a $25 million dollar budget covering: service-center operations, on-line self-help, content and customer service engineering teams. Previously, Icasiano lead the customer support organization at Netflix that experienced member growth from a few hundred thousand to over 5 million members. Icasiano held support roles at the GAP, as Director of IT Help Desk and Store Support and at PocketMail as Director of Customer Care. Also, he held various senior management positions at MCI supporting international, consumer, small business and credit card segments.

Sam Shawki | Vice-President Engineering
Sam Shawki serves as TrustedID's Vice-President Engineering where he is responsible for software development, deployment and ongoing operations. Most recently, Shawki was VP of Engineering at Obopay where he was responsible for all aspects of software development, deployment, and hosted services operations for the leading mobile payments company in the US. At Obopay Shawki lead the technical teams through a rapid growth period, and delivered scalable and secure financial systems in partnership with Citi, Verizon Wireless, and AOL. Shawki previously served as the VP of Engineering Operations at Venturi Wireless heading worldwide carrier engineering, technical support, and quality assurance. Shawki's organization supported some of the largest mobile carriers globally, including Verizon Wireless, KDDI Pocket / Willcom, China Mobile, and Reliance. Prior to joining Venturi Wireless, Shawki led Quality Engineering at Shoretel Communications delivering five nines of reliability in the innovative field of IP based telecommunications. Before Shoretel, Shawki held engineering management positions for Siebel Systems and Netscape Communications, where his leadership generated product achievement awards for reliability and customer satisfaction globally. Shawki was also President and Co-founder of Practical Solutions Inc., a strategic third-party developer for Apple Computer. He holds a BS of Engineering, and has co-authored US Patents US20070255652 and US20070255620.

Jason Subramaniam | Vice-President Product Management
Jason Subramaniam serves as TrustedID's Vice-President Product Management where he is responsible for defining product strategy and launching its wide range of innovative products. Subramaniam has over 20 years experience in global product management with both start-ups and large companies in the Internet, telecommunications and data communications markets. He has managed the development of multiple products from concept through the complete life cycle in the United States, Asia and Latin America. At present, he holds four patents. Prior to joining TrustedID, Subramaniam was Chief Product Officer at Vitrue where he was responsible for leading the development of social networking products that enabled tighter, interactive connectivity between brand owners and consumers. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Product Management at Adify, an online service that connects publishers and advertisers. Subramaniam also held the position of Chief Product Officer at SME Global Solutions, Inc. (which now includes WebVisible), a company that packaged online advertising products for media companies. As Vice-President, Product Marketing at Engage Media, he led the integration and growth of product offerings across new advertising entities acquired by CMGI. While with Octel Communications (a leader in voicemail technology later acquired by Lucent Technologies), Mr. Subramaniam defined strategies for global customers and led migration of customers to a new architecture that supported unified messaging. He created partnerships with large vendors and aggressively spearheaded profitable growth in Asia and Latin America. His work at Octel earned him “Octel Oscar” for best product of the year.
